We begin by reviewing your resume. If we see a good fit, our HR team will reach out to set up an initial virtual meeting, where we’ll explore your aspirations and give you a chance to learn more about the role and Milkplan.
Stage Two
Next, you’ll connect with the department head overseeing the role to dive deeper into your experience and skills, ensuring they align well with the role’s specific demands.
Stage Three
In this final stage, the process adapts to the role’s seniority. For higher-level positions, you may be invited to make a presentation. Milkplan will then inform you of the final decision regarding your application.
