A single-piece stainless steel cabin is used to protect electrical and pneumatic equipment from dust and humidity. Stainless-Steel Manure Collector (Manure channel made of stainless steel AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301), 2” water inlet thread with an automatic solenoid valve, 76mm pipe for direct drainage of wastewater). Ensures smooth and efficient movement of animals to the correct milking position. Rotating individual doors made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301), equipped with a return spring and a high-strength mechanism for durability under stress. Switch-controlled pneumatic entry door with a guided pathway inside the operator pit. High-strength stainless steel pneumatic pistons with double-direction capabilities and an immediate venting valve, controlled by solenoid valves inside the pit. Constructed from 3mm-thick stainless steel AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301), protecting the operator from potential impacts while shielding milking equipment from dirt.

Silicone liners and milk claws in a modern, functional and ergonomic design offering maximum flow and zero vacuum leaks during system startup. Compliant with ISO standards, the liners combine gentle massage and are suitable for smooth milking without irritations ensuring comfort for the animal and convenience of the operator. They guarantee maximum milk evacuation without foam and ensure constant vacuum level. They are also resistant to kicks, acids and high temperatures, they feature excellent adhesion to the teats while the cups can be separated to prevent contamination. Milk claws feature a capacity of 240cc or 350cc, an integrated shut-off function with or without valve, cross pulsation: side by side/front-rear and are suitable for standard systems or automatic cluster removal systems
