The Milkplan MP Ηome Cheese Pro family traditional cheese-making line is an integrated cheese-making solution with a cheese production capacity of up to 500 liters.

All individual parts have been designed with meticulous attention to detail and have been sized so that the cheese-making line is ergonomic and occupies very little space.

MP Home Cheese Pro is specially designed to be user-friendly. All functions are controlled by a touch screen in the user's language and options are automatically displayed to ensure completion of all stages. All stages are fully configurable to meet the user's needs, however is also possible to save data to avoid repeated setting.

The entire cheese-making process is controlled by a main control panel where the duration of each process stage is recorded to provide the user full update upon its completion.

Stainless steel milk pump

Stainless steel, low-foaming formation milk pump (1400rpm) to prevent milk from being subjected to stresses during transportation, connected with a reinforced milk filter for the removal of foreign matter.

Cream separator

Cream separator for perfect removal of somatic cells (blood), fiber, soil etc from milk and cream separation if desired.

Boiler/Pasteurizer with heat exchanger at the bottom and around the tank to optimize heating and cooling processes during pasteurization.

  • Excellent thermal insulation of the tank with double wall (45mm around & 90mm at the bottom of the tank) and reliable and functional circulator for temperature control and energy saving.

Cheese table - rotator 2to1

Cheese table - rotator 2to1 / Wheeled drainage tank with integrated automatic mechanism for programmed rotation at specific times so that the cheese quality remains unaffected during drainage.

  • Made of food grade stainless steel AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301).
  • Fully controllable rotation cycles (it offers automatic mold rotation, with numbering and waiting time between rotations set by the user according to his needs).
  • Alarm function to avoid shifts.
  • Removable rotators for easy and effective washing.
  • Compact construction designed to fit under the coagulation tank for extra space saving.

Waterproof & stainless steel control panel

Waterproof & stainless control panel for the protection of individual parts.

Easy clean foaming system (optional)

Easy clean foaming system is provided for acidic and alkaline cleaning, ensuring disinfection of the network.

Icebank with 350LT capacity for the production of appropriate quantity of ice and the supply of iced water with the possibility of full integration in the facility panel.
