The Plate Heat Exchanger is a device which cools milk using cold water, before it reaches the cooling tank. Immediate pre-cooling of milk ensures high quality and also assists tank’s cooling system.
The Plate Heat Exchanger can be combined with a Heat Recovery System (MP EcoHeat) to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
